MANILA: Customer Service Associate – Technical Account (Japanese Native) – with Php 20,000 Signing Bonus
Responsibilities:
•As a Customer Service Associate you will be required to answer inbound phone & email enquires from customers based in Japan.
•You will be expected to help the customers troubleshoot technical issues, as well as provide superior customer service for general inquires.
•Maintains current knowledge of products, promotions, procedures and other job related information; works with multiple product offerings.
•Maintains strict compliance to all customer verification procedures to reduce the risk of potential fraud and/or information security violations
Requirements:
Skills/Knowledge/Attributes
•Technical aptitude
•Basic knowledge in PC hardware
•Good understanding on computers including Windows based programs, USB’s and Internet navigation
•Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
•Capable of handling & communicating effectively with all customer types.
•Above average ability to read, write and speak English.
•Strong native JAPANESE communication skills, both written and spoken
Work Experience
•Has relative work experience for any Call center with technical support background is preferred.
•Consumer electronics or IT/Computer sector is preferred
Education/Certification
•High school education (or equivalent) with computer studies or engineering, if applicable.
