I need answers....!please help me!please read this!
hi....I'm kinda concerned with my CERTIFICATE OF ELIGIBILTY right now....well see, I currently reside in the philippines right now (and I'm only 16 years old)..and my mom wants us to live together in japan, with my step dad...but things look like kinda weird..i made some researches, and the articles say that obtaining a COE takes 1-3 months....3 months being the slowest....and my mom already submitted my documents and necessary papers on may 6th 2011...now it's july 22....its almost 3 months now, but my COE still hasn't arrived...im pretty sure there is a problem..but I don't know what exactly it is...perhaps someone could help me with this....the one responsible for the processing of my COE is an "immigration regional office" located in chiba (i don't know what they call it, all I know is it's an office)..my mom said that she too doesn't know why it is taking them too long...im pretty much concerned...please help me with this!

PS: i've already been to japan once,and that was april 2, 2011 until april 12, 2011...does this affect the processing of my COE??
satoshi advice ko sayo punta ka sa japan embasy sa may roxas blvd. maybe the embassy can help you. kasi may pamangkin ako medyo same ng problem mo nakatulong ang embassy
my name is satoshi kunii 18yrs of age .... i am a filipino japanese but i was born in japan and i have a birth certificate from japan.. when i was 7years old my mother took me with my brother here in the philippines... and now im already 18 years old and my mother is sick right now... and my older brother is in jail because of the crime that he didn't do. because of this happenings im begging you to help me... just to send my birth certificate here in the philippines i have a japanese passport but it's already expired.. i need the birth certificate to renew my passport... please help...i don't know where to ask help.. that's why i wrote here in this forum.. please who has a good heart help me... if you are willing to help me please message me on FaceBook account just search satoshi kunii so that i can easily answer your message.. thx a lot and God bless
